These Terms & Conditions apply to all yoga classes, courses, memberships, workshops and events provided by Emily Pendragon Yoga (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a class, you agree to the following terms.

 


1. Booking & Payment

  • All classes, courses and memberships must be booked in advance via our online booking system.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe or other approved payment providers.

  • All bookings are confirmed via email once payment has been received.

  • Bookings are non-transferable and may not be shared with another person.

  • First class (Mythic Movement weekly class) is free for new students when they use the Promocode when booking. This can only be used once per student. It can not be exchanged or refunded.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Drop-in Classes

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the class start time may be changed to another date via the booking system.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Courses, Workshops & Events

  • Courses, workshops and events are non-refundable once booked.

  • Missed sessions within a course cannot be refunded, transferred, or carried over.

No-Show Policy

  • Failure to attend a booked class without notice will result in the class being deducted from your booking, pass, or membership.

Cancellations by Us

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, venue issues).

  • In this case, you will be offered a refund or credit.


3. Memberships & Class Passes

  • Memberships provide access to a set number of classes per billing period.

  • Classes must be attended within the stated membership period.

  • Missed classes cannot be carried over, credited, or accessed at a later date.

  • If you do not attend your allocated classes within the membership period, those classes are forfeited.

  • Memberships, class passes, courses and workshops are non-refundable.

  • Memberships, class passes and courses are non-transferable.

  • Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date, in line with the terms stated at the time of purchase.

  • Class passes or gift vouchers for classes may have an expiry date, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. They cannot be refunded.


4. Health, Safety & Personal Responsibility

Yoga is a personal practice and participation is at your own risk.

  • By booking, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate.

  • You agree to practice within your own limits and take responsibility for your own well-being during classes.

  • Always inform the teacher if you experience pain, dizziness, discomfort, or feel unwell during a class.


5. Health Form & Declaration

  • All new students are required to complete a health and wellbeing form before attending their first class.

  • You agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or changes to your health.

  • Health information is kept confidential and used solely to support your safety and practice.

  • Failure to disclose relevant health information is done at your own risk.


6. Liability

  • Emily Pendragon Yoga is not responsible for injury, loss or damage to personal property while attending classes, except where required by law.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.


7. Code of Conduct

To maintain a safe, respectful and supportive space:

  • Please arrive on time and silence mobile phones.

  • Respect other participants and the teacher.

  • We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone whose behaviour is disruptive or unsafe, without refund.


8. Data Protection & Privacy

  • Personal data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

  • Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties, except where required to provide booking and payment services.

9. Changes to Classes & Terms

  • Class schedules, teachers, venues and content may change where necessary.

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will be available via our booking system or website.


10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
