Join our themed weekly sessions where you’ll explore new poses, discover the myths and stories behind them, and build strength with supportive guidance. Each class blends breathwork, mindfulness, and accessible movement—welcoming all levels to grow, learn, and feel grounded together.

6 Week Beginner's Course
Starting Tuesday 6th October - Tuesday 10th November
