Yoga Classes

I offer a variety of yoga classes and workshops designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’re brand-new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, each session is crafted to provide a supportive, enriching environment where you can learn new skills, connect with a welcoming community, feel empowered by choice, and—most importantly—have fun!

Each week invites you into a themed yoga journey filled with storytelling, myth, and movement. We explore a blend of grounding hatha flow and playful vinyasa, giving you space to learn new poses, try new things, and enjoy the process. These classes celebrate curiosity—mistakes are welcome, fun is encouraged, and every session is a supportive place to grow at your own pace. Expect breathwork, mindfulness, strength-building, and a warm community that embraces all levels.

6 Week Beginner's Course

This course is designed for complete beginners or anyone looking to revisit the foundations of yoga. Over six weeks, we’ll explore simple but powerful postures, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices to help you build strength, mobility and inner calm.

 Full Moon Yoga

Reconnect with your natural rhythms and the magic of the moon.

Join us as we follow the moon through its ever-changing cycle and align with its energy. At each Full Moon, we gather for a unique yoga practice designed to reflect the qualities of that lunar moment.

After moving together, we go deeper with guided meditation and themed journaling, exploring the stories, emotions, and intentions the moon brings to light.

These classes are your chance to pause, reflect, and realign—strengthening your connection to nature and to your true self. Through this gentle yet powerful enquiry, you’ll uncover clarity, insight, and inspiration to shape the evolving story of your life.

About Me

I’m a recently qualified yoga teacher with over 12 years of personal practice. I fell in love with yoga after just one class, and now I’m delighted to share that love and passion with others.

I’m also an avid storyteller—just a little obsessed with dragons! I collect myths and stories from around the world and bring that sense of wonder into my teaching. My approach to yoga is playful; I love reminding students what it felt like to be a child—free from goals and expectations, exploring a world full of possibilities together. While my classes are light-hearted and creative, they’re grounded in inner wisdom, with mental and physical wellbeing at the heart of every practice.

 

 

My Philosophy

 

My business is built on the belief that we’re all just people doing our best to navigate a world without a manual.

Through yoga, I offer support and guidance to help you cultivate balance, strength, and resilience in both mind and body—so when life throws its inevitable curveballs, you feel empowered to face challenges and transform them into opportunities.

Mistakes are welcome here. They’re how we learn and grow. What matters most is what you do with the experience.

I teach yoga in a playful and curious way, often weaving in storytelling. I believe you’re living your best life when you’re working with joy.

Above all, this is a space for community—a place where we show up for ourselves and each other, share stories, and remind one another that we’re not alone on this journey. Together, we create a supportive environment where growth, laughter, and connection thrive.
